IT'S THE FINAL BTR RACE OF 2023!
 

Thank you for taking part in the BTR Winter's Trail 5K.
 

The start / finish area will be on the field directly behind the Green Hut at Moreton Common. The post code for this location is CH46 4TA if you are not familiar with the area.
 

START TIME 10.00AM

CAR PARKING - there is plenty of car parking space in the immediate area around Moreton Common. If the car park spaces are full by the Green Hut when you arrive there are plenty more just a short walk away in the two car parks by the Leasowe Lighthouse.
 

RUN NUMBER - you can collect your race number and timing chip from the blue tent which will be situated on the road alongside the car park. 
 

TOILETS - there are public toilets situated just a few yards away on the main road.
 

START / FINISH LINE - will be on the field directly behind the Green Hut. This will be subject to a weather review as if it is too wet it won't be feasible to use the suggested start line. If any changes are made you will be notified accordingly.
 

THE COURSE - will be completely off road and will follow the pathway and trail as far as Bennett's Lane in Meols before returning to Moreton. As a lot of the course is uneven, please wear suitable footwear and take care along the full route. It is a trail run after all. The course does not use the Moreton promenade at any stage.
 
WATER - will be available at the finish line. If you require water along the course then please take some with you.

 

TIMING - once you cross the finish line your time will be recorded automatically and all finishing times will be shown on this page at the earliest opportunity.

 

MEDAL - you race medal will be given out on the finish line.

 

T SHIRT / GOODY BAG - your post race rewards will be available to collect at the blue tent.
