Is there a minimum age?

As the event is hosted under UKA licence there is an age limit of 16 years on race day.

Is the course flat?

No!

Do I get a medal for taking part?

Yes, everyone taking part receives a medal.

Is there a time limit?

There no time limit for completing the 8 mile course.
