If you would like to make any changes to your entry, such as update your address or transfer between events or to a different person, you are able to do this up 6 weeks prior to the event. To make changes please log into your events portal via the ‘View Booking’ link in your confirmation email.  Please see our full Ts&Cs for more information.

If you’ve got a question about any of our events, email the appropriate contact  below, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Please Note We CANNOT take event entries over the phone.

  • Monday - Friday  9.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • Saturday/Sunday - CLOSED

OPERATING HOURS ARE EXTENDED THROUGHOUT NOVEMBER IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE SANTA DASH SUIT COLLECTION.
