The Liverpool Santa Dash is back in 2026 - a festive favourite for all ages, participants take to the streets of Liverpool in their Santa suits for the annual celebration.

MAIN 5K

The Liverpool Santa Dash is hosted as a fun run and those of all ages and abilities are welcome to take part in the main 5K.

The adult Santa suit is one size fits all, with size options available for children. There is a discounted entry for kids aged 3-8, and under 3's may enter for free but must be registered.

MINI DASH 1K

This is a 1K run for children up to 12 years of age. Parents / Guardians can run with their children and will need to register for free when they sign up their children. 

Entries

• The standard red suit entry fee is £28 Adult Santa suits are one size only.
• The standard blue suit entry fee is £30. Adult Santa suits are one size only.
• Kids (3-8): £20 Red Suit
• Kids (3-8): £22 Blue Suit
• Under 3's - FREE (must still be registered and collect a race number in order to collect a medal)
• The standard Mini Dash entry fee is £15. Child Santa suits are available in ages 5 - 8 years and 9 -14 years, and are only available in red.

There is also an additional small fee to pay when entering online.

Once your entry is accepted

To make sure you're race day ready, you will then need to collect your race number and all important Santa suit!

You can collect your race number and Santa suit from Monday 16th November up to Saturday 5th December.

It is your responsibility to collect your Santa suit and race number from the shop which is open seven days a week during the collection period.  If you are unable to attend to collect in person, then anyone else can collect on your behalf but they will need your QR code, which can be found in your registration email from Active.

We recommend planning your journey ahead of time, and plan to arrive early due to traffic in the city on event day.

Where possible, we advise participants and spectators to make use of public transport. Information can be found on the Mersey Travel website below.

Our team of specialist nurses and healthcare assistants are supported by a wide range of other healthcare professionals to provide respite care, therapies and bereavement care to babies and children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.

In late 2024 the people of Liverpool, the North West, and even further afield helped us to raise more than £7,000,000 to secure the future of our hospice, and to build a state-of-the-art new facility in West Derby.
