The courses

 

The race is hosted under UKA license and has a course accuracy certificate.

The race will start and finish on Coastal Drive at 9.30am and head out along the waterfront as far as the Seacombe Ferry Terminal where runners will perform a u-turn and head back toward New Brighton.
