Changing your entry:
If you would like to make any changes to your entry, such as update your address or transfer between events or to a different person, you are able to do this up to 6 weeks prior to the event. To make changes please log into your events portal via the ‘View Booking’ link in your confirmation email.
Race packs:
Race packs are posted to all registered participants approximately 3 weeks before the event, they are sent directly to the address provided at the point of registration. Details on the exact date of dispatch can be found on our website. If your race number does not arrive before race day for any reason, please visit the Race Office on the day, where a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
If your message is not answered by the above, please fill out the form below. We aim to reply to all queries by email within 5 working days. Please note we cannot take event entries over the phone.
